I believe this came directly from the manufacturer so you know it’s authentic and legit. It really helps with hot flashes.

Currently 40+ and trying to get pregnant, my favorite fertility tonic was out of stock. I noticed wild yam was one of the main ingredients so I purchased this and vitex to replicate the tonic. So far so good! I take half a dropper during the first 2 weeks of the month (when progesterone is naturally low), and then a full dropper after ovulation for the next 2 weeks and stop when my cycle shows up. I absolutely know it’s working bc it enhances all the natural progesterone symptoms I get already during the luteal phase (when progesterone naturally rises) and it helped to eliminate spotting before my cycle which is a sign of low progesterone. My natural levels are not low by clinical standards, which is why i take so little…but I do have some symptoms of lower than optimal levels which is why I’ve been supplementing with it. My midwife recommended it too!

Will add more later, but so far, mostly questions —— DOSE — there are 14 drops in a serving (0.7ml = 14 drops, or 3/4 dropperful by internet converters). But this page says to take 2-3x that as a dose many times a day. Which is right?— we are struggling to figure out how to get the same dose, going from a different brand (BulkSupplements), a standardized powdered extract, to this liquid (brand was great, we just have swallowing problems and have to switch to liquid). How much of this liquid is standardized? Do the mg amounts and doses across brands mean the same things? Even more or less?— FLAVOR — alcohol, then gone.— EFFECTS — not sure yet, just started.
