I searched for the right backpack type carrier for my 19 lb dog and finally found this one. I am very pleased with the fit, the quality and ease of use. It has side zippers and velcro at the neck area to allow easy on-and-off. I chose an XL to make sure it was not too snug; I made the right choice. The straps are very comfortable on the shoulders. I would recommend.

Small size was a good fit for my 6 lb Pomeranian. She doesn’t seem to mind it but it is something to get used to. Bought it for an upcoming trip where it will be very crowded and I don’t trust big dogs near her. I don’t think this would be very comfortable with a heavier dog.

I think this will work! I need to be able to carry my small, 7lb toy breed so she doesn't get stepped on. I can see how this will not work for other purchasers. Needs to be a lightweight dog and ok with weight being focused at tailbone. My dog leans forward a little more than I would like, like other reviews state. Dogs just don't sit like this naturally. Having more velcro on the backside of the carrier would remedy this so that you can tighten pup in at the neck and chest area. I am not sure how long she will be comfortable in this position but it will do for brief periods.

I purchased the medium size for our puppy French bulldog she weighs about 7 1/2 pounds and it was snug on her I also don't think it gives much support to the dog and pushes on her throat and esophagus area which I don't like at all the straps are not thin as some of the other reviews stated they are rather thick and it comes with a small padded area to help relieve some of the pressure I think the product is Made very well and the colors are very Pretty and as described but I don't believe the sizing is anywhere near True. we are going to keep this because my son loves it and he just carries his puppy around the house for a very short amount of time and he's happy with it but if you're looking for something to use on it to walk distance or around a craft fair I would definitely search for a different product with more support The puppy definitely doesn't look completely comfortable I need to be in for an extended amount of time

Perfect for a breathing challenged dog i have a frenchi and she can go on walks with us without getting to tired. I think i got her a medium id i remember correctly and it was snug but not too tight shes about 12ish lbs all around great product super secure zips and velcros, not that easy to get on you might need another person. But very secure and good quality

This is a size small. We bought a medium and had to return it. She’s around 7 lbs.I feel so much better having her in a carrier on me verses a harness because of dogs in our neighborhood.

Great quality. Not very comfortable for those with large chests. Wouldn't recommend for cats. I liked it but my cat hated the dangling sensation, freaked out, somehow climbed out the neck hole, and tried to murder my face screaming like I was trying to un alive her. I thought she would like it because she loves being carried around zipped up in a hoodie but I was very wrong.
