whole seeds, taste terrible but I knew they would
I got these for helping me lower cholesterol. I thought I could sprinkle them on a salad or a dish... Nope. they are tiny pebbles. You will need a spice grinder (coffee maker) to turn them into something you can add to food. I am going to grind them down and put them in a capsule. I personally don't like the taste, I don't like cumin very much and these have a... slightly different flavor profile, my eleven year old said, "they taste like my pencil sharpener smells". I will agree. They are an excellent seed for a lot of different things. They arrived in a nice resealable bag. No complaints. Well...In general why do all the things that are so good for you taste so, not-good?

Cured my hypoglycemia
I have been suffering with hypoglycemia for some time (over a year). I’m a medical mystery because I don’t have diabetes and I don’t take any meds but still get hypoglycemia once a day everyday. After taking these black seeds I no longer suffer from Hypoglycemia. I take it in the morning before anything. I’m so great full. What doctors couldn’t help me with this little product did. This is the ONLY thing I added in my diet. And if I go a few days without having it because I do tend to forget at times, my hypoglycemia comes back. This tells me this product is surely authentic and has really amazing health benefits. I couldn’t be thankful and happy enough to have found this product!
