I didn't think these really did anything until after being on them for a couple months and my auto ship was delayed! I started hurting again. These are definitely useful! I believe the value is on point. You do need to drink a full glass of water after taking them. It isn't a horrible after taste but there is a slight one. The capsules are very easy to swallow. They are a medium sized capsule. I've seen larger.

Works really good I’ve been on it for awhileand I know it helps with the inflammation in my body. I like the fact it has garlic in it for parasite control which everyone has and no one does parasite cleansing. We do our dogs every year but the doctor won’t do people. You would be surprised how many parasite are in food and drinking water.

Less pain .as of this time . 2 weeks . Time will tell .that star might go up or down........

Personally, I liken vitamins and supplements to snake oil most of the time. Most. One of the disabled vets I care for wanted to try these. He has a limited diet, chronic pain, and digestive issues which circle back to the limited diet. After consulting with his doctor, I bought a bottle. After 5 days he said he could "feel a difference" and I was thrilled ... that the placebo effect kicked-in. As weeks went on though, he used fewer pain killers, had more mobility (from lessened joint pain), and exercised longer. The bottle ran out, I bought a cheaper brand. He didn't notice the change in product; but, the change in effect was 1-2weeks in. Hurting more/digestive issues. He's now been taking these for 6 months and they really seem to do him good. Not a cure-all and not for everyone ... but for some people, this may be a very effective supplement.

I've been taking this for about 2 weeks now and my knees & joints feel much better. The pain I was having isn't there anymore. My energy level has increased too. It doesn't cause any side effects. I take 3 capsules daily that is the recommended dose. They are easy to swallow. I will continue to take them because I love the results. I highly recommend this product.
