Reasonably good condition
The plant was in a reasonably good condition. The packing could have been better as upper part of the box was crushed - but it was a piece of good luck that the plant did not get damaged.One thing that I would like to suggest is that they should not fold the plant to suit the box's height. It is better to send a smaller plant - but should be upright. Once it remains folded for 3-4 days the stem gets that shape.
