One of my cats liked to lie behind my laptop, which blocked the fan and made it run hot. I decided to try this out and have not been disappointed! My laptop lies flat on the arms of the stand, and it doesn't slip forward because each arm curves upward right at the end to keep my laptop in place. This is just what I needed!FAVORITE FEATURE:Another thing I like about this product is that it really allows my laptop to breathe. I am a teacher and a writer, and at any given time I have multiple windows, browsers, tabs, and programs open. This stand gives my laptop the needed space for air ventilation, so my laptop doesn't overheat.STURDINESS:I also like how sturdy it is. I've had my stand for a couple years now, and yet it is still holding up with no problem. Every now and then, one of my cats tries to get on top of my closed laptop, and I shoo them off gently. Even with this added unintentional weight of a 10- or 15-pound cat standing on top, it has not broken! Also, I might type for several hours at a time during a writing session, so this laptop stand really holds up to my abuse during a writing frenzy! :)PRO TIP:Because of the design, you can easily store your mousepad, mouse, external hard drive, and other items underneath your laptop at the base of the stand because of the smart design.BOTTOM LINE:I love mine. It is a permanent fixture in my office at this point. Now that my niece and nephew are teenagers and have laptops of their own, I am getting them each one just like mine.

I just ordered this for my 15" work laptop and it works very well. It was easy assemble and overall the product appears to be of good quality materials with no branding on it which is ideal. I did not see any imperfections or gaps in the material. It elevates my laptop a fair amount so my laptop runs a little cooler versus placing it flat on my desk. I can store my keyboard or other items underneath it. I am able to type on my laptop while it's on the stand, it doesn't bounce much and overall it is sturdy. For 15" laptops it will extend about 1" to 1.5" past the stand but it was pretty sturdy so I didn't have concerns about it toppling over if I use the laptop keyboard. If you are opening the lid or adjusting the screen angle, you have to hold onto the front otherwise it may fall over.It works great for a 15" and smaller gaming laptop, my Alienware M15 R3 fits perfectly and it is very sturdy. For larger 17" gaming laptops it depends on the weight distribution. I tried it with the Alienware M17 R3 and it fit the stand well and I was able to use all of the keys without any issue. The back will hang off the stand a bit like about 2" but it will not fall off if you type using the keyboard. Just make sure to hold onto the front if you open the lid or adjust the screen angle, it will fall over if you don't.

Assembles in seconds. Holds a rather robust 15.6" Dell Precision that weighs in at over 6 lbs.It does exactly what I needed it to do. It's a little wobbly if I use the laptop's keyboard, but I expected that.The black finish looks nice. Good height for the screen (and better posture!), plus having space below for an accessory keyboard is a win. I would consider using this stand for my Polyend Tracker as well; although, I haven't actually tried it for that yet, but it should fit.

Overall this product is amazing. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because of how “flexible” the upper tray level where your laptop sits can be. I know personally this didn’t bother me, but I can see how some consumers might want this to be very sturdy. It doesn’t bend, but because of its design it can come across as a little “flexible” to some. But don’t worry it is very sturdy!I would recommend this product, packaging was easy to open. All the pieces were very secure to make sure there is no damage when received the product.Assembly took mass than 5 min. The instructions were straight forward, and very easy to follow.I use a MacBook Pro, and it fit perfectly. I’ve had no issues holding my laptop. Very easy to move around and adjust the location of the stand and your laptop without having to worry about falling apart.Looks and feel: the look of this stand is very sleep, it has a very nice finish. Feels like a good quality product. It does have some weight to it, which makes it feel very safe, but not too heavy where it becomes burden to have. Easy to move around and place in different areas. Very sturdy and will hold your laptop with no issues!Overall definitely recommend this product, it’s a great price for something that is very reliable but also feels well made.

Between my wife, my son, and myself, we have three of these in the house, and one at work. I recently changed jobs and have changed cubicles twice in the past 7 months. As most of you know, cubicles are not that big, and having my laptop, a second desktop, KVM, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and phone doesn't leave much desktop space left work with. This laptop stand and a dual monitor stand freed up a lot of desktop space for me and I can have the laptop screen AND dual monitors on at the same time. The laptop stand is VERY durable, EASY to assemble, and is available at a GREAT price. Three of my co-workers have purchased one as well.

Sturdy but lightweight, fairly fashionable, easy to assemble and take apart, and does what it’s supposed to. The angle and height aren’t adjustable, which some might find to be an issue, but I find it to be pretty comfortable (I just adjust my chair until I get the right height for my neck). If this broke or got lost, I’d buy the same one as a replacement.
