Does this phone have speed dial ?

Yes, the Cat B40 supports speed dialling on keypad buttons 2 to 9 (button 1 is a shortcut to voicemail). To allocate a button to a speed dial number: Main Menu>Contacts>Options>Others>Speed Dial (scroll down to last item on Others list). Select button from 2 to 9 you want to allocate, and then either manually input the phone number, or select "Contact" to select a phone number from your existing contacts list.

Does this phone have WhatsApp or fm radio?

No whatapps. Yes FM radio... Very basic camera. it's just a very basic phone but well made.

what other system languages can you set on it?

English, French, Magyar, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, Slovenian, Romanian, Danish Dutch, Suomi, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish...and more. Also you can select the system display language and the "writing" language independently. My B40 is UK purchased, so I can't guarantee that all B40s would have exactly the same language set if sold elsewhere...
