The perfect replacement
The part fit by GE side by side perfectly. The cable colors matched perfectly, so it was easy for me to correctly wire it. It's been running perfectly ever since.

OEM Fit
I like the fact that the motor fit and the rotation was correct. I bought a similar condenser motor (from a different vendor) which had an incorrect rotation CCW and although all of the part numbers were the same, the fan was blowing hot air from the compressor to the condenser coils. Only a few people pointed that out. Fortunately, I realized that and returned the part. However, with this particular motor, the fan direction and part fit just fine.

Doesn't work
Ordered this on November 7 2023. Got it a day later and installed right away because my fridge wasn't working and needed it right away. Today is November 30, 2023. It worked fine for a while, but I just opened the fridge today to find the fan making two short pulses followed by one long pulse over and over again. This is not what it's supposed to do. It's supposed to run continuous to circulate the cool air and keep the coil from freezing up. I'm starting to have problems with the coil freezing up again like in the picture (which is what the original problem was). Unfortunately I'm going to have to shell out the extra bucks for the OEM part and return this one.
