Good Image Quality but horrible customer service - Do Not Buy
These binoculars have a bright image and very little distortion. The only issue I have is that the long eye relief and short eyecups (even when extended) requires you to hold the binoculars away from your face. Even with eyeglasses I have to maintain a space between the eyecups and my glasses.Update. The left eyecup adjustment never really felt right, but it didn't seem it was something that really was a problem until two years later when the eyecup jammed. I attempted to free it and the eyecup assembly broke off. When I contacted Barska they denied my warranty request because they said it was damaged by abuse. They never even offered an out-of-warranty repair. It's not possible to contact a human at the company's HQ directly, as their phone system will only connect to a known extension or to a general message mailbox.

difficult to adjust
These binoculars are very fussy about eye position from the eyepiece. even the slightest deviation from the "optimal" viewing distance and angle from the eyepiece results in blackout "kidneys". Also could not get a sharp image even after spending some time trying to slowly and precisely focus. I really wanted to like these binoculars but they are going back

Too much internal glare looking at moon
Too much internal glare for moon. Better in daylight, with no broth lights.

Not very clear to see far .

bad prisms
The prisms were not coordinated and had 2 images. I had to return the glasses. It was a shame as they appeared well made.
