It's grand... But
If this this is your first pedal and you're on a budget.... buy it (Albeit I think the indie OD is lacking umph). There are a good few comments about knowing how to tweak your sound (your amp / dial it in etc), that helps for sure... But! If you have a few pedals already ~ OD, Disti or any sort of modulation then don't. Hold off, put a few quid aside and buy their GP200. Price is saucy I know! I bought this one first (the indie one), tried my buddy's GP200 and returned this one. I had a few other pedals and thought this would give me more options... It did, but.. felt it was lacking. The GP200 is complicated.. but half the crack (for me) is figuring it out! I'd have given this less stars, but I never read 5 star or 1 or 2 star reviews. ( the real story is hidden in the middle) It's grand... but..! To be fair to Amazon if you buy it and don't like it you can return it and go for something else. Have fun.

Bassists need to buy one!!
Multi effects for bassist that actually sound good!!Sure, you could spend thousands on individual pedals from the famous names, but this pedal is for people that want great effects but don't want to spend the earth. Most multi effects pedals have a crappy approximation of better pedals. However, working bassist would be more than satisfied by this.

reasonable for home use but not great
The effects that the unit makes are good enough the chorus and octave do what they should. The dirty q is odd and I've not really found a use for it yet.The bass amp is useful in the range of tones you can add to the bass, but it is very hissy, not a lot of use for recording or live. The boost/compression is ok but when you turn it on it makes a thudding sound, as you need to press and hold this to access the tuner it's quite irritating.Overall the unit is ok, but not great.

Not great
Sound from effects are very basic and unrefined. Shame as I had big hopes for this. A lot smaller than I expected. If you want something really basic and on a budget give it a go. If you want crisp clear effects then you need to look elsewhere.

Good white it worked
Pros - Liked the pedal alot. Produced some good sounds. Loved the fuzz sound whilst in envelope filter (Dirty Q) in particular. Loved being able to plug my bass in to the pedal and DI straight in to the PA so removing the need for carting heavy speakers about to rehearsals.Cons - switches are too close together (I'm a size 9 uk) and found it hard to select only one pedal choice at a time. Sadly, after only 4 rehearsals and 3 gigs, internal electronics failed and made it unusable, and in the end, that is just not acceptable.Disappointed as I was really happy with the pedal overall, it has some great features and I like the pedal mix as they were pretty much what I'd have on a pedal board. However, it failed and lacked the robustness internally and I expect to be able to have 100% confidence in my equipment when on stage, hence only 2 stars. Such a shame.
