It works
Don't bite down too hard and you will have no problems with it splitting. If you are looking to bite hard, pay more for something stronger. This is perfect for me. It leaves my jaws feel a bit sore, but I can see a difference in a tightening of my jawline.

Bruxism
Idk about an exerciser, sounds like a crock... but i have bruxism and i been using this for a while everyday to help hold a stretch for 10 minutes, or until im drooling from the lack of closing my mouth. Stretching really does help a lot. This isnt a big stretch, but i can purposefully control my open jaw in a relaxed state. Makes a difference.

Doesn’t last. Bad material
It’s didn’t last me for a month. After using it for 5 min everyday, it broke! Not worth it. I was expecting to last at least for 3-5months.

I was a little worried because of the mixed reviews, but the product is really nice. Not too expensive, a good work out and does't hurt your teeth. I'm seeing results.

I found the tension to be lighter than I expected and need the firmer ones.

Good Overall
I purchased the beginner-level rubber jaw trainer a few months ago to help strengthen my jaw muscles. The trainer is sturdy, but it had a strange chemical smell. After washing it with soap and water, the smell disappeared. Overall, I recommend it, just be prepared to clean it before using.
