My feet asked for these. I had never tried anything like this and for some reason my feet knew that they would work. Sounds crazy, I know, but these work. I had always felt like my feet were holding toxins and it's my fault. I feel better after using these. They are inexpensive compared to value.I tried only rinsing my feet before use and it did not work well.Twice I soaked and scrubbed my feet before use with wonderful results!*Warning* the only 2 times I have over-slept in the last year have been the 2 times I have used this product as directed.

Used these for a couple of nights so far. Too early to tell how well they are working but my feet definitely feel better after only a couple nights. Waiting for the rest of the body to catch up and feel the benefits.

Verifiable Review:Tried these things out last night…. Not sure what I was expecting for $15 bucks, but I liked the ingredients so I took a shot on them…They seemed to get decent reviews so why not!Anywho…. I slept pretty decent last night (don’t typically sleep well… but tend to get decent rest when I wear The original Takara foot patches)Anywho… Takara patches are insanely expensive for the amount you get, but I vouch for them over the years as they’ve always seemed to work…I was hoping for good results from these patches as well…As far as these patches go, I’m stating off with a 4* Review and will adjust with updates…. But so far I enjoyed the first night’s sleep and experience…I felt rested when I woke up at 4:49 am (way too early)Also strangely enough these are the first foot patches that I have tried that actually left a gooey wet black slime on my feet after removing the pads…. Not sure yet what that’s about…..Is that a sign that they really were working and pulling or is it just a combo of ingredients that leave behind a residue from prolonged use/heat???IDK I haven’t read that yet in any other review…With that in mind, I’ll keep using these and alternating with another brand I’m trying as well, as I try to figure out which one or ones I like best that also saves me some $$$ from having to buy the expensive brand I mentioned above.Check back for updates soon!!!😎✌️#JustJesus

My husband and I have found that we feel better physically when we are using these foot pads. They really do seem to help in detoxifying our bodies.

I really like the foil side of the pad. Easy to use, good quantity for the price. The foil is the side for the adhesive patch not your skin. I really like the effectiveness after 1 week of use. These patches have helped the swelling in my ankles/feet from my desk job/sitting a lot. The texture of my skin and nails has improved as well. Charcoal in the product, this means it will turn black with moisture. There's no foul smell and I barely notice the warmth, its pleasant.

Makes me sleep well and I feel good the time I wake up.

+ is you get ALOT of them!- is they are leaky around the pads and get black stains on my sheets.They always turn black but not sure if that's YUCKY stuff from me or just the color the product turns due to sweat.The ones that are all one piece are easier to use and have nice smells... but cost way more.

This product really works. My pads were black every morning. Did not smell. Easy to use. My only complaint is that the pads could have been a little bigger w/better type. The type was not holding so I would put footies on. My day off I would do it midday and at night. You get lot in the package.
