The needed mineral is only a small percentage. In fact, one brand's Magnesium content is less than 11% of the 400mg pill..Adding insult to injury, some manufacturers mix the cheaper Magnesium Oxide into the pill in an attempt to boost the mineral percentage. Unknown to most consumers, 97% of it is not effective because it does not get absorbed into the body. So, it goes into the stool and into the toilet..2. it’s very good for calmness and relaxation for sleep , i’ve used it for a while and there’s a lot of betterment that i can see in myself . i’ll definitely recommend it to you guys who want to get rid of some stuffs and go in a relaxed mood . A 5 on 5.

I had ordered these for my mother-in-law, who was experiencing joint pains, and disturbed sleep pattern. I used to give this to her with a Vt D3+ calcium tablet, B12 tablet and Omega Fish Oil and slowly it worked. Her discomfort reduced. While this is not a complete cure, this helps in pain reduction, and getting through every day.

I have used healthy hey's magnesium glycinate for sleep ....and after using this I am going back to healthy hey ...healthy hey put me to sleep naturally and I dreamnt after taking that capsule ...but after using nutrijet ...believe me it gave me upset stomach for straight 15-20 days ...it's not citrate it's for sure magnesium oxide they are selling in the name of magnesium citrate.
