Unfortunately it is very disappointing that a professional brand and a professional pan offer such a awful quality. After roughly ten usages, the Teflon layer started to peel off although the pan is used with the maximum care, with professional tools by a professional Chef. The brand should just focus and remain to be the leader on standard aluminum pans rather than trying to expand their market with ridiculous products.

Auf Grund der zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen habe ich mich für diese Pfanne entschieden, bin aber sehr enttäuscht über das Produkt. Die Pfanne ist auch Aluminium und daher nicht unnötig schwer. Insgesamt macht sie auch einen guten Eindruck. Allerdings hat sie ein entscheidendes Problem: Sie besitzt keinen ebenen Boden. Dadurch liegt sie nicht flächig auf einem Elektro-Herd mit Ceran-Kochfeld auf, sondern nur punktuell. Unter 80% der potentiellen Auflagefläche ist immer ein Spalt Luft. Das ist sehr ineffektiv für den Wärmefluss und es passiert, dass in einer Ecke der Pfanne die Speisen anbrennen während sich auf der anderen Seite gar nicht viel tut. Bei einem Gasherd (weit verbreitet in Italien) wird das nicht ins Gewicht fallen, aber bei E-Herd ist es ein No-Go.

Elegante, davvero efficace cotture impeccabili. Vale il costo.
