Best book to learn C++
Used this book to test out of my first programming class. I learned half the book on my own - only had to meet with the professor once. It was very good at explaining concepts and providing examples. Highly recommended.

Excellent Book
This is a excellent book for learning C++ from the first chapter you learn how to analyse problem and how to brake it down so that you can produce code for it. There are loads of examples and exercises to work through which make you file like you are taking a course in C++. I found the information clear to understand, good level of detail was also given reminded me of being at university.There is an option to use MindTap online learning hub by cenage. I when on to there website found this book page. You could sign up for £45 but I could not find what the £45 gave me or how long it last for. So I decided to look on Trustpilot they get 1.3 out of 486 reviews.

I was very well served and Cengage promptly returned the digital resources of the book.

Was required for school, but actually super helpful.
My college goes with C++ and I was required to have this book for a couple of classes, but I find myself cracking open every once in a while even for other courses. Has great examples of operator overloading for reference and most of the other students agree this is a helpful book even when you get beyond the scope of it just for a reference to anything you might have forgotten.

I'd definitely recommend this book
Very thick and detailed book that explains everything extremely clearly. If you really are interested in learning C++, I'd definitely recommend this book. The only downside, of course, is the price of this book which at my time of buying sat at ~$230. That's pretty steep for any textbook, but I can't complain about the material.
