These.work perfectly on all the liquid bottles for kids. It makes giving medicine, especially getting it out of the bottle, so easy when using the med syringe. And you get every last bit out of the bottle. I hadn't realized just how much was being left in the bottle. Well worth the money.

They are not packaged in plastic but are loose. They are medical supplies so this is not acceptable. Shipping packaging was fine, but it looked like someone scooped up and threw them in the shipping package. Just like I would expect pills to be placed in a bottle, I would expect these to be in some sort of bag or box.

Good quality and fits perfectly

The size ordered fit the medication bottle perfectly, but the hole for the syringe is too large for the syringes we have, so it's not a snug fit and can't be inverted. Not being able to turn it upside down sort of defeats the purpose. Now to find different syringes that will fit the hole.

I based my purchase on the bundle amazon had on the syringe cap adapters that came in multiples of 3 sizes that worked for all 3 of the different size bottles my daughter uses for her medicine. I got it in the mail only to find it was the biggest of the sizes. It was not the in between size that I needed. For that I have to give it 3 stars.

24mm as ordered came, fit in bottle just fine. However, the hole for the syringe is actually a hole, not a normal sealed hole when not in use. Syringe fits very loose and if you invert the bottle to extract your product, your will get drips.
