Q: Does this s802 come with extra screwdriver bits like s801?

Yes there is collection of bits and an adapter that fits on the integral cross head screwdriver included with the Phantom. That said all the bits have small diameter and heads. Non could be described as standard sized bits. There is also no elasticated pocked in the included pouch so you have to watch you don’t accidentally loose them when taking it out to do a job. The multi tool itself is great but I do think they could have done a better job with the bits and storage.

Q: Does this come with spare blades ir are they purchased separately?

There’s 2pcs spare wire cutter blades, but the knife blades should purchase separately.

Q: Does the blade lock open ? .......i'm concerned about uk knife carry law compliancy.......

It does lock yes, the only issue would be carrying in public without good reason.
