These taste fabulous!!! I use them in my steel cut oatmeal or greek yogurt.You get a lot in this bag. It has lasted me way over a few months surprisingly. Yeah, bigger bag, but you don't need that much as the almonds are slivered and pretty big. And they have a good crunch.Bag is a bit expensive but it’s worth it. I am close to the bottom of the bag so its time for me to reorder.As for the health side, these seem to be just as good as taking fiber. I have over-done it a few times in my oatmeal and, well, yea.. made my escape and ran to the powder room!!Truly do enjoy these. Lol
