Second to None!!
Have used this for several years. (Nov. 2018.) Battery will go dead after about 20+ hrs of use. Put it on the charger, and with in a couple of hours you have a very bright flashlingt to use again for 20+ hrs. 6 years and hasn't failed me yet!!! Took it ti Deer Camp this year and the other 6 hunters were very impressed. Going to buy another just for Deer Camp.

Bright spotlight, simple charging, seems durable
We've had a few lights from this company now, and would get another, if the need arose. This light is incredibly bright (we use it primarily to look for mountain lions before letting the pup out before bed), and has stood up well to being thrown into the back of the truck and packed around. The price is reasonable for what this thing can do.One detractor: the switch is neither intuitive or ergonomic. It's great that it won't get switched on easily, but it's definitely a two handed operation for the small handed Mrs.

Super bright and powerful LED light - packaged in a strong and durable housing - Best spot light I have seen.
I have bought a few spotlights in my day and I'd have to say this PowerSmith is my favorite. LED is way better than old style light bulbs and the lithium ion battery will hold a charge for over a year and a half. This thing is built sturdy - I have dropped it from a high distance and it bounces and keeps working. The chassis is high-quality and is sealed in rubber for an incredibly durable package. An innovative charging system and sealed on/off switch makes this guy waterproof and fully submersible. We use these things hunting and fishing and it often gets wet around here - no fear with this burning out or breaking - I love it!

Opened package and set it on charger, charging light turned green and it didn't work.. the only reason I bought a new on was because the one I have identical, charger stopped working. So I have a light that don't work and a charger that does...

Preliminary report
While I have only had the item for a short time, there were some things that I felt I should mention. The first of which was a selling point & big deal to me. The lack of a trigger button to power on the light was a big deal to me, because I don't like all these new lights where you have to cycle through the multiple modes (high, low, strobe, sos) before you can turn off the light. So when I saw that this one had a (supposedly) two way push button switch (full press to cycle power, half press to cycle modes) I bought the light. While in a way this is true, the downside is that the full press ALSO cycles the modes if you don't give it like 30 seconds in between. When you let it sit for longer than like 30 seconds, it reverts back to the default, so when you turn it on next you will get the high beam. The other oddity (in my opinion) is that there is a lanyard hole on the top of the light. I'm not sure why they put it on the top instead of at the bottom of the handle where it would be useful to put the strap around your wrist. The charging bracket doesn't look very sturdy, especially in comparison to the light itself. It seems more like an afterthought than an actual part of the design process.I'll be taking it out for a full testing in just a couple weeks, & I'll report back afterwards.

Excellent value for the price.
I have now purchased two of these flashlights. The older one is 3+ years old and going strong. Still holds a charge. Beam intensity has not deteriorated. The housing is in excellent shape. It has been soaked in rain multiple times without any evidence of water incursion. No moisture behind the lens. Only problem...after three years the component that plugs into the 120 volt electrical outlet for recharging failed and the flashlight would not recharge. We had to find a replacement...not easy. So the component that didn't last was the one we thought would never fail.
