Vegetable Ghee 1 Kg

Q: Is it just one tin 1kg? Or four tins of each 1kg?

Hi I wondered that, its 4 1kg tins, great value

Q: What are the ingredients?

on the tin it states "pure refined palm oil, colour E160 beta carotene."

Q: Can it be used for roasting veg or meat in oven?

I used it to bake for 30 minutes ,it was ok but it’s not tasty and doesn’t smell nice . I’m using olive oil instead it’s more tasty .

Q: Is that any good for chicken korma?

Ghee adds extra depth to all curries, whilst not as robust as butter ghee this is supposedly healthier and good for those with milk allergies like myself
