will 100 mesh make lake or shallow sandy well water clear for bathing? can low suction 300GPH 12v transfer pump pull through this?

No and yes. Sand particles smaller than the mesh will still get through and it will not make cloudy water clear. But yes a 12v pump will be able to suction through it.

what is the minimum water pressure it will work on? im planning on using it on my rain barrel

Depends on the location and height of the rain barrel. Iuse rain barrels also, but don’t use it on any. The filter should work as long as there is good water flow and little or no restrictions.

Can this be used on a drip irrigation system?

Yes. It filters water awesome. I use it on drip irrigation as well as a power washer as well as my sprinklers too. U wont be disappointed.

The clear cover does not seem to hold up in the heat I’ve gone through two already this summer. Can you buy just the clear plastic part?
