Q: Does this knife come with a sheath?

It does not come with a sheath.

Q: Will this cut 1/2" thick rubber stall matts? Or better off with a HD utility knife?

Yes it will cut the mat but if you're gonna cut more than one use a utility knife so you can replace the blade instead of having to sharpen ...also this blade is 8" long, you'll have alot more control with a utility knife

Q: will this work on memory foam?

Hello - Yes this knife will work on memory foam. However, a better alternative is our Hyde 60118 Square Point Insulation Knife.
