Excellent kit.

This item is crap. Once I received it I felt guilty for wasting the money. It is a VERY cheap kit, not at all what is promoted. The bobbins are plastic and need to be assembled. The "pillow" is nothing but a styrofoam cone. You have to cut and glue the fabric around the cone to make the pillow and the glue doesn't even work. The instructions are horrible, read over them multiple times and still can't really make heads or tails of anything. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PRODUCT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT

Had the necessary items to begin this fascinating craft. Was easy to understand, though instructions were a little vague. A demo DVD would be a great assist. Bobbins are plastic as are beads. I prefer the wood ones I got from a different supplier.

Everything in the kit was cheap. The beads and bobbins were poorly crafted plastic (you have to assemble them yourself), the cloth was polyester and the instructions were fairly vague. The box arrived damaged rendering the "work station" included useless. The pillow is small and there is nothing to keep it from rolling around. If I had not already had some experience with bobbin lace I would have been extremely frustrated. As it is, I do like that the bobbins were made of plastic. I'm hoping they will be less likely to break than the wooden ones I have already.

It came quickly but was crushed in shipping because it was not packed properly. Box it came in was thin and cheap, beads are plastic and not big variety to make pairs. Should have just bought a better product to begin with, my bad!

This is a good tool if you want to learn bobbin lace. It is very affordable and has everything needed to get started.

I was pleased at the price. Once I got the kit and realized I had to put it together before I could do anything, I understood why it was inexpensive. It works, but the kit was short on several of the necessary beads and I had to use my own. Between having to be put together and not having all the pieces *to* put it together this barely squeaks in as a 3.

Not what you would want to buy if you truly want to learn Bobbin Lace. The plastic bobbins have burrs from the molding process that get caught on the thread, the bolster set up is usless - cardboard box insert and a piece of light foam - The price is way too much for the quality of the goods
