Enhances security, convenience and peace of mind
I recently purchased the Safely Smart Lock Wi-Fi Gateway to complement my existing Safely Smart Lock, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with its performance. This device has truly elevated the functionality and convenience of my smart lock system.I had the Wi-Fi Gateway up and running in a matter of minutes, thanks to the clear and easy-to-follow instructions. It seamlessly integrated with my Safely Smart Lock, and I was able to control and monitor it remotely from my smartphone. The remote access is a plus. I can now lock or unlock my door from anywhere, whether I'm at work, traveling, or even just relaxing on the couch. This level of control and security provides immense peace of mind. The Safely app is user-friendly and offers a variety of features. I appreciate the activity logs, which allow me to track who comes and goes from my home, providing an extra layer of security. Additionally, the app sends instant notifications whenever the lock is used, giving me real-time updates on the status of my front door.Furthermore, the build quality and design of the Wi-Fi Gateway are excellent. It's compact, sleek, and blends seamlessly with my home decor. This Gateway is a must-have accessory for anyone with a Safely Smart Lock. It enhances security, convenience, and peace of mind, all while being incredibly easy to set up and use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their home security and smart lock experience.

This thing is magic
I’m no tech expert beyond the basics, so I cannot get my head around how this works. But it does, and does so really, really well. We installed this in a rental condo that is on ANOTHER CONTINENT. Setup was a snap (make sure your router supports 2.5 mhz) and now I can change lock codes for each new guest and monitor entrances by user. This gadget even shows you the power level of your door lock’s batteries. Is it witchcraft? No idea, but it is an amazing tool and way worth the price to upgrade the functionality of your Sifely digital lock. One note: keep in mind that, if it gets unplugged, the gateway will stop working. Recommend putting it somewhere that’s unlikely to happen.

make sure to check that you have a 2.4 GHz network
This device is not necessary for the lock to work, the lock can still be opened without it, but you would have to retrieve access codes and other information while being near the Sifely lock. I do recommend it, though, because it's much more convenient to be able to use the features without having to be physically close. However, there is something very important about this device: the gateway connects only to 2.4 GHz networks. So, please make sure to check that you have a 2.4 GHz network before purchasing.

Functions perfectly, But...
This thing functions perfectly. It's exactly what I needed to combine with my Smart Lock, but the blue flashing light on it is the most annoying thing in the world. It's in my bedroom, and it flashes like it's going out of style. I had to stuff it in a cardboard box just so it wouldn't keep me up at night. I really don't think the light is necessary. Or maybe a solid green light on the back next to the charging port to show that it's powered on. But the flashing is ridiculous. This product does work, but it's really obnoxious if you're going to have it in a bedroom.

Helps out a lot!
I am currently using this to unlock remotely for repairs and updates to be done for my townhouse without me being present!

Poor wifi connection, security issue, and very sluggish. 0 stars.
First problem: you make this thing discoverable by unplugging it and plugging it back in. There's a security issue there. I could turn the power off and on to my house real quick and have a minute or so after that to be able to connect to this and have full control over unlocking my door from the outside without having ever connected to it before. There should be a hard reset button the actual device to achieve this result instead of just disconnecting power. Because of this (and it's performance over the last 6 months) I've decided to not keep using this device. The connectivity of this device is off and on and I'm more likely to win a coin toss than to expect the remote unlock/lock functionality to actually work. The app is not good. It lags and sometimes there is 20 seconds between when I touch the screen and when it responds. I've built a few apps over the past decade and I know what it takes to actually design a user interface that is half decent. It should respond within 100ms of touching the screen (even if it's just saying "loading..."). If I were building an app like this for just myself I might cut corners like they did, but since they cut corners on the app (which are relatively cheap to fix) I can't imagine the corners they cut on the actual hardware as well.Devices sits about 30 feet from my main Eero router (I have 2 other routers in my mesh system as well). Very poor connection. My Liftmaster garage door is about 2x the distance from the router and it responds fine every time. Assuming the garage door isn't just magic, I should be able to expect the area inside of the radius of the garage to be "within range" of the router... unless it has a bad antenna. This thing almost never works and then I'll get a random push notification saying my door was unlocked. This is a little disconcerting when I'm working late at 3 AM and the whole house is dark. Plenty of times getting my gun and going to check things out. Glad I live in a small town where nothing happens. You get what you pay for. This thing occasionally works after the headache of setting it up. I wouldn't buy it again though. The actual door lock I use this with (sold separately) is decent though but it's unfortunate I haven't got a good gateway to connect it to wifi.
