MatferBourgeat Elveo High Temperature Narrow Rubber Spatula, 10"

Well made, flexible without being flimsy. Narrower than other spatulas and works well getting the last bits out of quart jars (reason we bought it). We paid $23 for it, which was a bit pricey, but we are already familiar with Matfer products and they are made to last for a very long time. Have noticed that other sellers are pushing the price up by more than 50%. The price we paid was pushing the the limit for us, as to what we would pay for it. That took some pondering on our part before we decided to go ahead. Still happy with it, but would not have purchased if it cost more.

Love this little spatula! Gets into the tiniest of jar / cans. Doesn't hold on to stains and smells.Like all the Matfer Bourgeat items I own, should have this for years to come.
