Larger than a standard hinge and exactly what I was looking for,Possibly the best hinge that I've bought in a long time. Thick, solid, stainless steel, well finished, even down to the well-spaced perfect countersunk holes. The joints are strong and fluid with a beautiful movement. The look and feel like they are indestructible and will certainly take the weight.It *is* possible to be this excited about a hinge!

Great heavy duty hinges, bought them to hang glass doors work perfectly. Only downside are the screws they send the heads are so soft very difficult to use.

When i ordered these it was for a folding work bench instead of using a bolt through the main beam so i didn't need to sand off the most of the support (ie the bench sat on a rounded leg where as the contact was minimal to the work top ) These are heavy duty and weigh a lot what a mean is there is no play in the hinge and are well engineered the only way i can describe this is when you pull them open there like a soft closing hinge there is no slop (solid an smooth) as for the quality of the stainless steel for out door use yes they would hold up Buck houses gates will they rust don't know hope this helps

These are superb quality hinges. Ended up being overkill for my project of hanging a simple light-weight bathroom door. But I was blown away with the quality of the hinges. Gorgeous solid opening and closing. No doubt they can handle a substantial weight. Faultless, to be honest...just overkill and too big for my simple little bathroom door.

Good solid hinges did not use them but will when need arises recommended
