I normally breakout after a few days of using biotin. So either there is no biotin in this product or the amount of biotin is at a level that my body can tolerate. My hair does feel and look good and my nails have been stronger. Also the pills are easy to swallow with a drink.

I can see some change in my hair but it's not very huge.

these pics were taken less than a month apart and i genuinely can’t believe the difference. i've been taking one of these a day (alongside tresemme biotin + repair 7 shampoo and daily argan oil applications) and my hair has become noticeably longer, thicker, and softer. i’ve also noticed my nails growing a lot faster and stronger, and i think my eyelashes have gotten longer as well!!

It does help with hair growth but it has left me with far more spots then I would normally have. So I'm going to stop taking them and see if it is the cause of the breakout.

This was something I bought to help me with hair loss and I put a lot of trust in it. It looks like it has all the right ingredients. I will give it a month or two and see if there's any results but so far I'm pleased to say that it has all the necessary ingedients for a healthy hair so there's no reason why it shouldn't work.

I've purchased these pills a few months ago and been taking them daily. They are easy to swallow and there are a lot in the pot which is great.I can see I'm losing my hair less than before and it breaks less, it's growing more healthily too!

This product is making me drowsy like anything.It doesn’t help with the hair fall at all.It’s been 2/3 weeks i have been consuming it but then from the past few days whenever i have this vitamin it’s making me so sleepy.

My hair is much weaker after pregnancy and I hope it's going to help. Capsules are soft and very easy to swallow. Can't tell too much about the quality yet as it's only my second week of taking them.
