1911 Grips
Product came in a quick amount of time (with amazon prime free 2 day shipping) It fit well as described and looks great on the gun. Has a nice solid feel to it and adds a good touch. Only thing i don't really like is that fact that the thumb groove is on the left side of the gun (with slide release, mag release, etc...) Being left handed it doesn't really add much comfort, BUT when i switch to shooting right handed it fits fine. Just a stupid little complaint. I did pair this with these http://www.amazon.com/Pearce-Grips-Government-Modular-System/dp/B000F4SP9Y/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1349441812&sr=8-4&keywords=1911+pearce+grips and it does make the gun feel like it was just made to fit in your hand. All in all, good product for the price.

very nise grips
these grips look very cool on my rock island tactical full sized 1911, the grove for the mag relese is nise.the mterial these grips are made of is very durable, I must not have orderd the amby safety grips, had to do a little grinding and polishing to get it to fit and safety to work, but it came out very nise.

Love 'Em
I own a Springfield Armory 1911-A1. These grips fit it just fine and add a nice bit of character to my sidearm. I really enjoy the fact that the black punisher skulls are the same color as the grips so they don’t stand out too much. The thumb groove in the left grip really helps for reaching the mag release for anyone with shorter thumbs. For me, it just makes it very comfortable. I also added a set of Pearce Grips (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000F4SP9Y/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_36) to fit underneath these Punisher grips and now my weapon just melts into my hand. I noticed that my accuracy seemed to get better (I’m a point shooter, not a sight/aimed shooter) as the gun feels more like an extension of my body than it did before.Great product.

Grips
I have a para 1911 black ops that I put this on. They look great and feel great. The only problem is my ambi safety hits the top on the right side.

these look good but i think OD on black would have been better, the image gets liost in the black on black appearance

Good product for the money
Accurate description, they also fit just right. Anyone getting these grips I would suggest to order the fastening screw kit, the factory ones stick out too far
