Vitamin E is a good addition to essential nutrients
I didn't dislike anything about the vitamin but I did like the soft gel and even though they're a bit large I find them easy to swallow and fast acting .

I've been buying Swanson vitamin E for years. The price is right and they're a great vitamin.

No noticable changes for me.
I have not noticed any difference in my skin however I have only ben taking it a little over a month. My skin is still very dry, I suppose COVID19 ISN'T helping any with all the hand washing, but I began taking these because of a dark patch skin on my forehead but it's still there as well. So, n change noticed for me but maybe its helpful in other ways that I just have not noticed as of yet.
