Being a mere woman, I chose this tap, purely based on the aesthetics, not giving any thought to the installation side. Obviously I sailed extremely close to the wind with this decision. Have to report that it was incredibly easy for hubby to install. Tbh he had more trouble removing the existing tap. Box is a complete kit, with the handy flexible connectors. Hubby reports, rather begrudgingly that yes it was very easy to install, and was not a major DIY job. I’m very happy, because it looks great. I love the lever taps, with the ceramic feature which match my high gloss kitchen. Value for money is incredible, they cost far less than similar taps, and you don’t need a plumber to install.

This has a simple and stylish design. It was fitted quite quickly by a plumber who applied extra silicon grease to help the spout turn easily. It was very stiff at first. The tap works well now.

We selected this as a replacement for our existing tap. It had to fit the hole in our granite top and the fitting needed to be thick enough to cope with the thickness of granite. I worked out that it was probably OK from a previous reviewer's pictures. Turned out fine - fitted and covered the hole, ok with the thickness. Easy for our friendly plumber to fit with the flexible hoses. Result is smart - no drips, aerated water. Perfect so far. Would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Great product for a week and then the cold lever became loose, have contacted supplier and still waiting for advise

Had a new quartz worktop installed and the tap I'd purchased was absolutely huge in size and thickness. It cost nearly 5 times this tap -£190.Due to having an undermounted sink and upstand and not much room between them both to fit the tap I'd purchased.I had to look for a tap that- did not lever backwards- was small enough to fit in the space- quick shipping- looked the part.Quartz was installed in the morning and I ordered at 11am for same day after searching online for other taps. It arrived by 7pm. I was sceptical and took it out of the box. I thought it would be flimsy cheap feeling but it felt better quality than anticipated for the price.A straightforward install later and we had running water! I left it for a few hours with a bucket under the sink expecting a leak but to my delight there was nothing! The Missus loves this tap to top off the look of our sink! I live in a hard water area so we'll see if it endures.

I am surprised at how many good reviews these taps have been awarded. I realised, as soon as they had been installed, that the ceramic H and C caps cannot be removed, which means that when the levers come loose, which they did within 3 months, they cannot be tightened. Nor can the mechanism be replaced when they begin to leak, which they did after six months. Unacceptably poor quality. All of the other one-star reviews highlight these issues. Learn from our mistakes and buy something else.

Tap looks good and my plumber said it was fairly straightforward to install (although he said there were some unusual fittings) but my main gripe is the cold water handle keeps coming loose. It's easy enough to pop off the cap and tighten but I didn't expect to have to do this every week. I may have to try some Thread Lock and see if that helps.
