These are essential for making Hong Kong double pan fried noodles.

Best noodles if doing pan fried noodles!!!
I've bought these noodles several times for a favorite dish in a Mandarin restaurant in Chicago. They may a simple version with soy sauce green onions garlic etc. I had tried several different types of noodles and these are the best! Also good for spaghetti dishes. Try them!
