(IMPORTANT!!!) - TO OPERATE, HOLD 'ON' BUTTON DOWN FOR 3-4 SECONDS.The glass cup must not be filled over halfway as ingredients such as protein powders can expand in the blending process setting off a safety feature error message ("Er") to prevent injury. The blender will also shut off after 5 seconds if there is no ingredients in the cup. When blending ingredients, the blender safety function will also shut down after 20 seconds to prevent overheating. For best results, blend your shake, juice or smoothie in 20 second bursts. If you do get an "Er" message, please remove some of the contents and continue blending the remaining liquid for consumption.
