The pan is awesome. It's perfect if you are preparing small batches of proteins and you don't want/have an outdoor grill. The pan heats up quickly, evenly, and gives you the grill marks and char flavor you'd expect. The pan itself really lightweight and easy to clean after using it. No scrubbing required. Other reviews are correct in that the handles get very hot when using it (similar to cast iron) but there's really no need to move it once it's on the stove.

Excellent grill/griddle! The cover made the meat moist. Good value for the money and great heat distribution. The meat and potato did not stick and easy to clean. I used avocado oil spray but other type would probably work too. It seems durable and not heavy. Will buy again to give as gift.

I bought two pans before this one: first one in cast iron, great size but too heavy; second one, great weight but too large. This one was the goldilocks version. It is well made, light and fits one large steak (or two smaller ones) or 2-3 chicken breasts perfectly. For a single person, the size is perfect. I've just used it once. It sears very nicely and cooks evenly with the lid on. It does get extremely hot and the handles will burn you. The steak I cooked came out evenly cooked but too well done - I'll have to adjust the temperature and cooking time for this particular pot. I added some sliced, cooked potatoes to the pan and cooked them along with the steak. This will be a great pan for lots of different meals. I replaced my George Foreman stove-top grill with this pan. I like the GF, but over the years I've dropped them or they stopped working, or they're just a pain to clean and bulky storage. The Whatever Pan will replace the GF and do so much more.

Great pan. I use it often when grilling chicken. Its so easy to clean and can go in dishwasher too! I knocked off one star because I do wish it had a handle that was holdable without an oven mitt. I've reached for them a few times and I tried the silicon covers for them but they didn't work well. But still love the pan

The best stove top grill I have ever used. So easy to clean and nothing sticks. Highly recommended.

I bought this pan to replace my cast iron. I have always had gas appliances and the house I recently bought is electric. My experience with an electric glass stove top is less than desirable, so I tried this pan. WOW! I am pleased with how well it heats up and my burgers fried up nicely, with a little searing on the outside and grill marks, my burgers were just how I like them. I have only used this pan on top of the stove, so I am not sure what heat resistance meant, so that got 4 stars. The rest is 5 stars for sure! Be very careful, those pan handles get extremely hot, it only took me once to know to leave my silicone pads out when using this pan. Really hot! The glass pan cover is of good quality and if I read correctly, the pan with lid is about 4 1/2 pounds. A nice sturdy pan yet safe for glass top stoves. This little grill pan is worth every penny. Just be sure to use hot pads or silicone gloves😎

Very nice cast iron griddle. Not too small or large perfect to griddle, vegetables, meat, etc. Also not too heavy or bulky, so easy to store. I also purchased handle covers (separately) as the handles do get hot. I would recommend.

I’ve been using this pan for several months now and love it, especially for cooking chicken breasts and chicken tenders for salads. It heats up fast and cleans easily. A great choice if you’re trying to cut down on use of oil, and aren’t cooking massive amounts, as it easily fits servings for one or two people.

I ordered this due to not only the marketing but mainly due to the amazing reviews this pan was receiving. I must say I have not been disappointed. It's early days but so far I have been impressed with the quality of the pan and the non stick coating which is fab but also the the customer service. Firstly the customer service - On being delivered I excitedly opened the box (sad I know but lockdown has decreased my threshold on these things) to find the lid was dented. I immediately reported it and received immediate apologies and within two days a replacement pan arrived - Brilliant, no quibble, good old fashioned customer service! The pan - Looks and feels great quality. It's not cast iron but still feels built to last and solid with a nice weight. I had an eye rolling moment when I read that dishwasher use was not really recommended - but having used it to cook two good sized Rib Eyes for it's inaugural use, the non stick coating worked brilliantly and though it was covered with oils and cooking residue, it washed so easily I felt positively lazy groaning about it! The steaks cooked brilliantly with lovely sear marks by the way. I'm looking forward to using it loads and am confident this will be the go to pan for loads of different recipes. If you are not used to picking up pans with hot handles then I would recommend the silicone handle protectors for the heat but if you treat it as if it is cast iron, when lifting it and use oven gloves etc you won't have any nasty surprises. My best purchase of the year so far. If you're dithering - don't, just buy it!

Yo la utilizo como asadora y va muy bien. La unica pega es que las asas son del mismo material y se calientan mucho, hay que tener cuidado al cogerla para no quemarse
