Necessary ingredient for Easter pie (Pastiera Napoletana)
If you want to make a traditional Easter ricotta pie - or pastiera Napoletana - then this is what you need. It arrived in a timely fashion and was so bound up in bubble and cardboard that there was no way on this planet it was going to break before getting to me. The pies were delicious so I would definitely buy this again.
