XBOX Console (Renewed)

The packaging was great. the controller had everything working and was clean. The cables work great (might want to get a converter to HDMI as well). The only thing "wrong" was big scratches on the top and some minorly loose ports, but that kinda stuff is expected from a 20-year-old Xbox. Games run well and work fine. Don't be expecting great-resolution gaming though. This is 20 years old after all. Check out PC emulators if you prefer high resolution.

Horrible experience and purchase. I was sent an xbox that doesn't read brand new disc's. It turns on but doesn't read any games, often confusing them for dvds. It makes a loud humming noise when trying to read the disc's and often the opening mechanism gets stuck. I spoke to the supplier and they want me to pay to send it back before they issue me a replacement or refund my money. Two months later and I'm left with a wasted $200 and a broken xbox. Very unsatisfied.

The Xbox was in good shape and working fine

The Xbox arrived in excellent condition, everything works, no problems. The DVD drive opens and closes smoothly. The Xbox looks almost new. It's a great investment for reliving your childhood.

The whole thing is great its working smoothly. The only issues were that the controller has a slightly damaged joystick, however it is very minor damage. As well as the internal clock being dead. (This however is common since these things are old and it has no effect on games) Overall its great.

So far so good. it is my third original xbox I ordered from Amazon and it seems to function the best. the first one overheated. The second one didn't even open up. The only thing wrong with this one is it will not play certain games. Possibly because the disk is damaged I will by new games as they are cheap and go from there. I have 90 days to see if I will keep it. but so far it seems to be ok.

I know there's other Xboxes like Xbox 360 and Xbox One and of course Xbox series X and you cannot forget in the early 2000s that's where the original Xbox come in and what's great is that you don't need no memory card there is already a hardware Drive and it actually comes with the controller which thank goodness they didn't forget the controller and when I turned on there's actually free music that you didn't actually have to buy and it has the best 3D games of time better than the 2D pixel games and you want the 3D golden classic games I suggest the original Xbox that came out back in 2001 will do it

Package arrived early, which was nice, console turned on and worked fine, until it came to reading the discs. The console did not work any further than the home screen, super disappointing. And upon trying to clean the disc scanner, the console was customized so there is no access to this point of the hardware; a part allowing you to go further is missing and replaced with a custom piece that won’t move, meaning if it is broken, its broken. There’s no hope in repairing it yourself. Was looking forward to it but was let down
