I’ve used this easy to swallow multiple vitamin for many years and am happy with the Carlson brand.

I've been using this multi-vitamin for years. It is easy to swallow and doesn't upset my stomach. I got indigestion when I took vitamins with ascorbic acid and this formula uses calcium ascorbate, which is a buffered form of C. Also it has beta carotene which is less toxic than other forms of Vitamin A since beta carotene converts to A in the body as needed. Sometimes bigger, larger, stronger isn't necessarily better. I've changed brands in the past to experiment, but I always come back to Carlson minis. I briefly want to respond to the reviews that recommend a coating to mask the smell, although the taste & smell don't bother me. A coating might help mask the taste of a vitamin, but it might also affect its dissolution in the body. A natural vitamin should disintegrate easily or the nutrients will not be absorbed properly. I am not a chemist, but I know that adding a wax coating can change the way a pill reacts in the body. The reason why some pain killers like ibuprofen are coated is to prevent stomach irritation and bleeding. The purpose of a supplement is to mimic food, so I'm fine without any coating on my vitamins.

I need small vitamins after bariatric surgery, and I refuse to buy chewables. My favorite Vita-Mini is no longer available. They were as small as Advil and coated, though they had fewer overall vitamins included. These are about the size of an extra-strength Tylenol caplet but more curved. They smell and taste strong, but they have a great quantity of the vitamins I need. Good value, too.

This pill is very easy to swallow. It is smaller than a lot of vitamins. I never have a problem with my stomach when I take these. I have purchased this brand for several years. Amazon is the best place to buy them due to their pricing and reliable delivery. I would recommend this vitamin to anyone.
