Product description This mushroom mix is a useful and flexible ingredient for your kitchen cupboard to easily add a deliciously intense mushroom flavour to your meals. It can be used in many recipes such as soups, stir-fries, risotto, omelettes, pasta, pizza and stews. Hydrate the mushrooms for 20-30 minutes with boiling water in a bowl before using, once that's done rinse them off and they're ready to cook. These mushroom pieces are approximately 3-6mm. They are a mixture of Boletus, Oyster Mushrooms, Black Fungus and Ceps.
