AWESOME!!
We do alot of catering and competition bbq and what a game changer to making life that much easier!! Highly suggest these even if your only cooking a few racks. They are extremely durable and strong. Quality built that's for sure.

Had to try it and was pleasantly surprised.
Saw the video of Myron using this thing and said that I have to give it a shot. Turns out, damn thing works like a champion. I use it on my lollipop chicken legs to pull the skin off the joint. Who knew.

Meant for big hands
You have to have "big hands" to use this tool. They need to change the handle. Too bad. It's built very well.

Pro: I was a little skeptical when I purchased the rib skinner. After finally getting to use it, I was very happy. It works as promised. Looking forward to the next batch of ribs to skin with this little wonder.Con: I have big hands and found it somewhat awkward due to the spread of the grips and the spring tension. Someone with smaller hands may find this an issue. Next design could consider a ratcheting/locking mechanism and would be a 5+ star rating.

Everyone loves my ribs, but I hate pulling off the back. This product is great for pulling fat also!

Good gift for someone who enjoys preparing / grilling ribs
The rib skinner seems to work well removing the silver skin from ribs and pork tenderloin.
