This took a little longer to get but worth the wait! I really like this brand from Germany and grateful Amazon carry’s them.

I really like these magnesium supplements that make plain water a lot more fun to drink. They don't taste too icky sweet like the American version of magnesium drink tablets. I carry a container in my purse and use them as well as the vitamin C version whenever I go to a cafe or restaurant. I'm picky about water as I only drink artesian well water and mineral water from springs in Germany, but these make it just fine for me to drink the common filtered but not so great tasting water that is found at most places in the region of the US where I live with the bonus of getting some good vitamins and minerals into my body.

These are fantastic!!! And since they dissolve in water they get in your system quickly.

These dis-solvable Magnesium rounds are imported from Germany and take no longer than 5 - 8 minutes to fix a cramp in my calf, foot, thigh, or anywhere else. These water solvable tablets are a must for persons afflicted with cramps.There are 20 rounds in the container. The product name is MIVOLIS Magnesium.The directions say to dissolve 1 round in 8 oz. of water. I take 4 oz of Water to 1/2 a round, which helps just as fast and the product lasts longer. The taste is lemon, and it actually tastes like lemonade.

The only problem is that the information is not written in English. So, if you've never used it, you may not know how much water is required.

BEST PRODUCT . No American product can compare. I’ve tried them ALL! I get insanely painful and intense leg cramps. From feet all the way up thighs into my hips. Immobilizing and lasting 30-90 minutes. Both legs at times.These have saved me! I now get few cramps and am able to sleep through the night. I haven’t been able to do that in years.Trying to explain the condition to doctors was useless. Unless you experience it, you can’t understand. It runs in my family.I actually take much more than recommended but my doctor has run several labs and I’m in the normal range for magnesium.I drink water all day with these in it.Yes, it’s all written in German, but an I-phone camera can translate. Touch circle with 3 lines and it will show in English.They recommend 2 tablets a day.I take 6-9 with no issues.Magnesium is a laxative and muscle relaxer so be aware if you take more than recommended.I keep them at home, work, in the car, and in my purse ..never without them.Note… they fizz so not good for on a water bottle, it will expand.I hope you find great results too!

Even though everything is on German I really like Mivolis vitamins.The taste is always amazing and I'm buying a lot of vitamins from Mivolis, multivitamins, vitamin c, magnesium, multi mineral.The tablets dissolve super fast. I use 1 on 6 to 8 oz of water every single day. I even use magnesium tablet with multivitamin tablet with 16 oz of water.I probably been using them for the last 3 years since Covid era, and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and consistency of the product. The price did jump quite a bit throughout this winter. But overall, the value for the money is amazing.I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a easy and affordable way for additional vitamin intake daily.
