So far so good
I've only had these for about a month and only used them on one project but they worked well and held up so I'm hopeful that they will last for a while. Happy so far though. Worth the money if they last.

The tooth angular cutters work great!
But the conventional cutters could not handle cutting even one plug in oak before they started smoking so I switched to the angular cutters. The conventional cutters did not seem very sharp and need to be sharpened before use.

Ground edges mediocre and may need dressing, but otherwise functional
I needed a cylindrical plug cutter to fill 1/4" dowel holes in the edge of a pine cabinet face frame. I chucked the cutter in my drill press and tried making the plugs from pine, but they broke along the grain, so I switched to maple. I cut the plugs from 3/4" thick stock cut almost all the way though. The plug broke free near the bottom of the hole and stayed in the plug cutter. It took some effort to push the plug out of the cutter, but the cutter produced properly sized, and otherwise usable plugs. Success! I hadn't yet tried the larger sized cylindrical cutters or the tapered plug cutters, so I did a little test. All worked, sort of, but the cutting edges of neither of the 5/8" cutters were ground evenly, which caused severe movement of the stock even when clamped to the drill press, and there was a similar problem with the 3/8" cylindrical cutter, but nearly as severe despite the almost 1/16" difference in the height of the leading and trailing edge of the cutter. The cutting "edge" of the 5/8" cylindrical cutter was not ground to an edge, so there was a raised lip around what should have been a sharp cutting edge, and the cutter burned the stock. This is the only cutter that would not produce a usable plug right out of the box. Once the cutting edge has been cleaned up, it should produce usable plugs.

Good for the price.
These do a decent job. I was say good for the price point. I'm sure you could get performance if you were willing to spend more money. These are functional.

Poor Quality
I bought 2 sets. One for myself and one for my Pastor, who is also a wood worker. Both sets were not sharp and would not cut a good plug. One cutter would only go about 1/8 inch deep and would not cut any deeper. I would not purchase them again and I would not recommend to any one.

Great dowel cutting bits!
These worked very well for my needs. No issues as of yet. These are great dowel cutting bits. I used them to cut dowels from an old drum shell to fill holes in another drum shell. Worked like a charm.

NOT tapered cutters
Don't be scammed by this company. Product features says, Set contains 4x four tooth angular cutters and 4x standard round columnar cutters. The angular cutters ARE NOT tapered cutters, therefore the plugs will not fit into your holes. Unless you hand sand tapers on one end. Lots of fun when you have over 300 plugs to do.
