Awful customer service from Hifrom
Item was rated at 12,000 rpm; while using on my lathe at 460 rpm, the hook portion burned off the arbor, Hifrom went round and round with excuses about it , but was willing to finally send a replacement, but never did after about a week. Amazon on the other hand took care of an exchange within two days even though it was Hifroms problem. These sellers need to learn a few customer support pointers from Amazon; that is part of the reason many shop Amazon!!!

Useless
This pad looks like it would fit the standard 5/8" grinder arbor - but it doesn't. It's completely useless, unless you're only using it in a drill chuck.
