Not worth $20
I would prefer not to write a poor review, however I don’t know how to reach the manufacturer. I bought two of these but was only able to return one bc I had to cut the other to attempt to fit it under my door (a requirement to use the product). I bought these for both of my children’s doors. The vinyl fabric is cheap and makes a swooshing/sweeping noice on my hard woods which isn’t at all helpful for noice dampening. The foam inserts came deformed from the box they were packaged in (is this not a common complaint?). As a result, the brand new product leaves gaps of space under my door when product is installed. They foam tubing doesn’t even fully embody the sleeve it’s supposed to fit in. Additionally, it takes cutting the foam to door length to install which ruins one’s ability to return it if dissatisfied. It’s just poor engineering and poor materials. Certainly not worth the $20-something dollars, I won’t get back. I’ll have to go back to shoving a blanket under the door or re-engineering this product entirely at the hardware store. Just very disappointed.

Get this to deal with cooking smell!
I was getting really annoyed by smelling the kitchen from my room and the many reviews recommending this product for that purpose got me. My mom always cooks a few times a week, and the smell never fails to come in my room and stay for an hour. What's even worse is when the food is any type of meat, especially beef. I have had the door stopper for a couple of days and it blocks 80% of the smell. I have a mini fan on my desk and when I turn that on, it's usually 90% eliminated. So without the fan, I can tell when there is cooking, but the smell is so minimal where it's not even noticeable. I recommend this if you're really annoyed with cooking smells, this is low-key life-changing for me.Edit: I changed my percentage. I've noticed when my family cooks fish, sometimes the smell is still so overwhelming, even with the door stopper and my fan on. Really frustrating. This only happens when the cooking time is long. When I cook fish, which is less than 10 mins, there's no smell (using no fan).

Easy to use and it works.
Does it look beautiful? No. But it's really easy to use and it works. My apartment front door has a gap at the bottom I've been trying to solve for a year and a half with various products and this just works. It does prevent the use of a rug at the front door because of the carpet pile, but it's a tradeoff I'm definitely willing to make. I would definitely recommend.

Does the job easily and looks good, too.
We pirchased this for my son. His a/c was literally blowing down into his basement under the door leading to it. And we needed something to stop the draft. So I found this blocker and easily installed it. Once the door to the basement was closed with the blocker under it, the draft stopped completely. Its great and he will save money on his electric bill with this. Its also not a problem opening and closing this door. Slides very easily and still blocks the air. It will also be a big help when he turns on his heat next winter. Great product and choices in colors.

Beer is not the only thing on DRAFT!
This MAXTID door draft stopper was just what I wanted to keep the debris (mostly cat hair) that I miss during my morning sweep from zooming under the door to the air conditioner closet. This product was exactly what I pictured in my mind but I thought I would have to make it -- how wonderful -- it was available less expensive that if I bought the parts and sewed it myself. This closet is only 24 inches wide, so we had a lot of excess material to fold over, but otherwise it is A+. It should work very well as an actual cold air draft preventer, but you will have to wait a few months before you will need it.

Great concept! Easy install!
I have tried many of these draft stoppers but usually there either not Big enough or they just end up getting in the way because they don’t mount to the door. This is such an awesome design i, easy to install and because it attaches to the door you don’t have to constantly move it out-of-the-way every time you need to open the door.I wish I would’ve ordered the black only because the white was going to get really dirty pretty quick but other than that I’m extremely happy with this purchase great value!

It works
I have 2 bedrooms that are on the North side of my house and cold air seeps under the door, which is next to my thermostat and make my heater run more than it should, so needed something to stop that from happening. I like the fact that the stopper is long and I was able to cut it to fit my door. It keeps the cold air from seeping from my rooms.

WONDERFUL BUT I COULD BUILD ONE
This is perfect for people like me who get worried about Eyre traveling underneath the door passage ways. I am deathly afraid of spiders and little bugs in Lil critters so having the door cushion is like god being on my side. I haven’t tested whether this is smoke proof but I’m sure other people have things to say. Get it if you get cold at night and your bed is lower to the ground.

Garbage
Extremely overpriced to begin with and then it doesn't even fit snugly on a standard size door. The inserted foam is all warped doesn't settle over time extremely disappointed complete waste of time and money.

Good but noisy
We purchased this to help reduce the noise in our baby's room. Had a fair gap under the door and this definitely solved the problem. It's helped reduce the light and noise coming into the room. The only issue is that because it's a plastic like material it does make noise as it drags along our floor. We had to set a towel/rag/cloth under the insert to prevent the noise. It's a simple solution but does make it a bit ugly to look at; but hey, with a newborn in the house it's not like we're trying to impress anyone

Useless
This is the most useless thing i ever bought from amazon. I wanted to reduce noise and it doesn’t do anything. Let alone wanted to test if cooking smell would pass through to my room and sure did. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

Works very well
There was a large gap in my door for some odd reason, so there was a lot of draft as well as noise and light pollution. My door is literally across from the elevator so I can hear everyone coming in and out.Although it isn't the prettiest option it works really well and has only shifted once in the last 6 months of owning it.

It simply didn't work for me.
This product, albeit a good idea, does not function well. Upon setting it up & attempting to make use of it, the product did not do anything to cancel out any noise, block outside odors, or anything else really, which makes this product entirely useless. The only thing that it'll do well, assuming your door is average-sized, is block out any entry to bugs, pests, etc. Other than that, however, I wouldn't recommend it.
