Mighty Mite
I was looking for a smaller electric grinder to use for spices and was surprisingly pleased when I received this one. First of all, it does have a smaller footprint which for my smaller sized kitchen is perfect. Second, the motor is quieter than others I have owned (Krups, Braun, and Bialetti), yet equally, if not more, effective. I ground celery seed with fine salt to make celery salt which came out very light and fluffy-smell was pungent-just perfect. Photo one is unground celery seed with unground fine grain Himalayan salt, the second photo is celery seed after grinding and the third photo are both ground together. I compared my results with store bought and found it superior in all ways. Some other grinders sound like jet planes taking off, but not this one, which I have enough of going overhead-thanx anyways. This unit came very clean from the factory without any obnoxious petroleum oil smells lingering from manufacturing. However, I still like wiping down new products with a sponge and sudsy water. Do NOT soak underwater-that would be detrimental to the motor. Simple wipe, rinse wipe, dry with towel and finish off with air dry will do the trick. I can recommend this unit based on the end result for both spices and coffee beans. Coffee beans can be ground coarse as well as espresso ground easily-just leave a few seconds longer when grinding-couldn't be easier. I find the unit esthetically pleasing as the chocolate color and see through top blends nicely with my stainless counter-top appliances. The top operates with a light push of the palm downwards, no awkward button to mess with. In my opinion, there quite a lot of pluses to purchasing this is little mighty mite. Yes, I can recommend it!

Quick & Easy To Grind Flaxseeds, Coffee ☕️ , etc.
Well, this grinder works fast and very well. Mainly bought it for Flax seed grinding but have also used it to grind coffee beans. Grinds both to a very fine state. The longer you grind the finer product you get. You can check out my photos of before, during, and after grinding to see it in action. All you do is plug it in, put in your seeds or beans, screw the cap on and twist. The twisting of the cap is what makes the motor go. Once you let go of the tension on the cap it stops grinding. So, you grind at your own level and stop when you want. There is no on/off switch. This works quickly and is very efficient. I grind small amounts of flaxseed at a time because it is known to go rancid due to the oils on the seeds. I keep a few days worth in a ziplock bag and keep it in refrigerator. This guarantees that I only get freshly ground flax. Same goes for the coffee beans. And, there’s nothing like a freshly ground cup of coffee.Cost on this grinder is excellent as well. You, also, get an extra replaceable blade and 2 brushes to brush all the particles out of crevices. Been using it for a while now. I’ll try to come back periodically to review its continued performance. So far no complaints and very highly recommended! The company offers a free gift to choose from after purchase and product is received.

Very Happy
This is a wonderful compact grinder that I’ve had for a little over 2 years. It’s worked perfectly and I’m still on the original blade. I use it to grind spices. Lately I’ve been using it daily. It’s not very loud, just a quiet buzz and whirling of the blade. I use the little brush included to empty and dust off the contents after use. Sometimes I’ll use a moist cloth if I ground something more sticky like flaxseed but generally I avoid anything with a high moisture content. The only thing I’ve noticed that could use improvement is some of the powder gets blown up along the lining of the lid and I have to carefully lift the lid and brush along the rim of the grinder and inside the lid to not make a mess and not waste spice but that really isn’t a big hassle. I love this grinder!

LinkChef Coffee Grinder
Our local Starbucks kiosk cannot grind their coffee beans smaller than gravel. I use a filter, not a percolator, so I end up wasting a lot of grounds trying to get a full flavor. This coffee grinder had the best overall rating but it holds a small amount, about 1/3 cup to the rim for grinding. I got it to re-grind the gravel-grounds from Starbucks to a finer powder. Those beans are so darn hard, even though pre-ground it does challenge the grinder. I use short pulses, and gradually longer. I also tried whole coffee beans. Those beans were hard like pebbles. That did strain this grinder, but to be fair, the industrial grinder at the kiosk can't do it well, either. So I went back to the "pre-grind" from the kiosk. I'm satisfied with it getting the grind smaller. It was a very good price, and when I get back into preparing sauces, I know it will make a nice grind of toasted spices.

Well Designed and Functional
Before even using this grinder, I knew it would be an excellent kitchen tool! The lid is designed with a double wall so that the trigger mechanism will stay clean and free of ground particles. The cup that holds the item to grind is a one-piece metal unit so that cleaning is easy. The blade is not sharpened but the unit is strong enough to finely grind the proper food (coffee, cinnamon, dried peppers, etc). One extra blade and two cleaning brushes are included. Changing the blade, if it becomes necessary, is easy to do and would only take a few minutes. The entire grinder is beautifully designed for functionality and looks. I highly recommend this unit!
