We have a couple of stairwells with in-wall stair lights. Fortunately they use standard E17 screw bulbs, but you have to use medium or small bulbs to fit. These small-format bulbs are perfect. Just enough light at night to see the steps, but not so bright to be annoying. Low-power means the light wells don't get hot.

I wanted round bulbs with warm white light for my chandelier and lamps. My chandelier needs 5 bulbs— all higher watts made the room too jarring and bright. My lamps in the bedroom needed soft white light. These bulbs have standard bases and give a perfect amount of light with ambience..

These bulbs are fine for what I needed.. I have 10 light fixtures outside that run all night on a timer.These are the best I have found for my application. I needed the lowest wattage, since they are on all night.So far, 2 of these bulbs have died after only a month or two.They are cheap enough to not care that much, but kind of annoying still. I would think they should last years.

Not as bright as i thought it would be, I put it into the fridge , ended up buying another one that is brighter.

I used it for darkroom lighting. I am very satisfied. I advise.

This bulb is just perfect for a nightlight in a small table lamp. I used to get the regular bulbs but haven't been able to find them in several stores that used to sell them. Who knew that these are a perfect replacement? Nice cool blue (ish) tinted light that isn't harsh or distressing for the eyes at night. I am impressed- and there's nine more left!

Have them in my kids room for night lights
