I feel this maintains your whiteness but doesn't bring up the whiteness. Maybe removes stains for those with bad situations but if you maintain regularly and whiten occasionally you won't see a huge improvement.

My gums was too sensitive for it and it didn’t work. The crest strips are great for people like me who has sensitive skin and I saw results after the 3 use.

Did not notice a big difference in teeth.
