Villa ManodoriDARK CHERRY Balsamic

Outstanding flavor. Well worth the money and will be my go to for purchases now because it is good and easy to order. Bought with the Villa balsamic which is also awesome. Use them on garden tomatoes, salads and soups for that extra depth of flavor. Taste great with Turkish oregano and or a dollop of mayo. Decadent treat better than ice cream, oh, and good on ice cream as well.

It is a great balsamic vinegar from Modena. I always have a bottle in my fridge. It lasts a long time and is worth the price.

i purchased 2 bottles expecting a 3+ star product; aged with characteristic thick viscosity and deep balsamic flavor with subtle cherry overtones, but would classify this product as more "novelty". interesting/intriguing the first few times but quickly loses appeal. was just expecting much more from renown Italian chef. in the future i will purchase old standbys like manicardi botticella oro.

Best ever flavor! I use on salad, vegetables. Expensive but i will NEVER be without it.

I have tried about ten of balsamic vinegars in this class, and this one is the best along with its sibling product. Excellent balance between fruitiness, agedness, sourness and sweetness.
