Nice but one major drawback
Overall the clock looks great. Easy to setup and the temperature reading is neat. However there is no setting to have the time always showing. Kind of a major drawback on a bedroom clock.I like to have the clock away from the bedside so when the alarm goes off you have to get up to turn it off. I know its sound activated but I am pretty sure my better half will soon have me sleeping in a different room if I start clapping at 3.30 am to see what time it is!Surely the feature to always show the time could have been added?

Really impressed with the quality of this item. Well put together, well finished and literally looks like a piece of wood until it's turned on.It's easy to set up and is not over complicated by unnecessary features. Time, temperature and date. Done.Brightness features are great, as is the sound activation. In fact it can be activated with a small tap on the top with your finger which is quieter than a clap at night!Sole purpose for buying this was to get my mobile phone out of the bedroom and still have a good looking alarm clock. Job done perfectly.

Love design of this clock - looks great on my kitchen wall. And, best of all, it's extremely quiet - no nuisance ticking noise! Can't fault it for what you pay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this item, particularly if you're looking for something a little different to brighten your kitchen/living room.
