My son bought this compact heater for me because my toddler grandson, who I adopted is a major SUPER pest (as all smart kids are) and he took my wall knob off the heater and hid it who knows where. It's right by the door, and before he leaves my room I get the backward glance and TWIST run! Turns it UP in the summer and DOWN in the winter. I have a large bedroom, this keeps it VERY toasty. My old rescue dog LOVES it. It's safe, if it is jostled it just stops and waits. Cute, nice silver handle at the top, my one good son researches carefully things he buys for his ol' ma. I recommend this little heater.

I was going to send it back so I sent the seller a message about it getting hot and stopped working. I haven't heard back from the seller yet but has been 2 days but the heater decided to work today and it is very quiet and puts out a fair amount of heat like it is supposed to do so I will keep it and hope the bug fell out of it. This is an update on the heater and the company E-LIghtbulbs frpm Kentucky. They are a great company to do business with for in just 2 days a new replacement arrived at my door and is working fine. They just wanted to make it right and they did in record time so I will be doing business with E-Lightbulb again. Thank you very much and i'm sure I will enjoy my Brightown Heater for it is very quiet and heating my bedroom very well.

If you're looking for a small office heater, or just a personal one this is a great choice. Small but powerful. Unit has the ability to warm up my room fairly quickly and keep it warm. Having the safety shut off if it gets tok hot. Is great since I do have kids that move it around and it tends to not be in the best position 100 % of the time. Family had already asked me where I got this small little powerful device and I redirected them here, if you're in need of a small portable heater, this is the one for you.

The heater itself works really well, it's quiet and has very good heat output, but it stopped working after about 10 days. I contacted them for a replacement and after explaining the trouble I was experiencing with the one I bought they agreed that something was wrong with it and they sent me a new one. The second one only lasted about 10 days as well and now won't turn on no matter what temperature setting, or fan setting, I set it to. I've made sure that the tilt sensor on the bottom is fully depressed (indicating that the heater isn't tipped over) and still nothing. I would not recommend buying this heater.

I decided to order this in anticipation of the upcoming freeze knowing that I will also have a houseguest. Have been hesitant to order a space heater because of safety concerns, my pets, etc. I also did not want to shell out $$$ to solve the problem. This works as advertised! The actual size is quite compact and has a handle, so it is easy to change locations. I placed mine on a plant pedestal for some height and it is not unsightly. The setting up is a breeze. Plugged it in, and turned the top right dial to I for 750 watts (II is 1500) and there is also a fan. The directions said to turn the top left dial (Thermostat) up to high and leave the heater on until the desired room temperature was reached. At that point, I lowered the thermostat dial back until the heater stopped blowing (but still on). The directions said that the heater would automatically kick back on to maintain the same temp. I waited for awhile, and it automatically came back on until the room warmed up, and then stopped heating. My little dog reacted at first, but soon ignored the whole thing. I like the fact that it is ceramic and when the heater is not emitting heat, is cool to the touch. During the night, the machine turned on a few times and then stopped emitting heat automatically. There is a red light to indicate that the machine is on at all times. I have to say that the bedroom is comfortable and I feel safe using it. This would also be great for office spaces and dorm rooms.

I ordered this item on June 7, 2019 and decided to write a review because it burnt out and stopped working about two weeks ago. Hasn't been a year and I have to order another small space heater for my office. I gave it an overall rating of 3 is did not last a year and I expected the lifespan to be must longer. It does have an excellent safety feature (tip over auto shut off); and the heat output is good and works well. It is small as easy stored away in my cabinet when not in use. I used it just about every day through the changing seasons because winter in cold inside and summer the air condition is set to frosty. One feature improvement would be if the cord was retractable. I would like to reorder because of the size and heat output, but I'm dissatisfied that it did not last much longer.

I work in a warehouse converted into office space. I found out very quickly that the temperature cannot be regulated in such an open space. My desk is in a particularly cold area, but when I go to another area of the office it's much too hot... and I'm talking about both winter and summer. This building cares nothing about seasonal changes in temp. I put the heater under my desk. I've had several heaters over the years, but this one, by far, is the best. As soon as I walk in the door in morning, I turn it on and I'm good for the day. It's so efficient that I often have to turn it down or off completely because it does such a good job warming up my area. I strongly recommend this product.
