I replaced a old Windows 7 HP for home use. Before my first startup, I plugged in my 4K monitor, sound, mouse and keyboard in. Everything worked great when I turned on the Kingdel Mini PC. Super fast startup, around 30 sec. Its smaller that my Xfinity modem. It has all the features in the product description. Beautiful 4K video. Not really any instructions everything just works when you turn it on. I had a ton of stupid HP programs installed on my old computer I never used. Just download what you are going to be using and needing. I even found a program for my old printer and it was up and running wirelessly so fast. I'm getting use to Windows 10, it is good. I like the design of this product. It's tough. It doesn't have vents to exhaust the hot air, or let in moisture. The chip set i7 8th generation (16MB/512) Is plenty fast. If I were going to take a computer on a camping trip this would be the one I'd pick. Of course, I changed the operating system to Linux. Windows is spyware. Seriously. You know that, right? I like Linux "Mint".On the other hand, it doesn't have bluetooth, so you have to buy a USB dongle to connect to your wireless speakers. It has WiFI but it doesn't really work. I bought a cheap after market dongle and it doubled the signal strength. And, the outside of the case does gets hot. Hot enough to be a cup warmer, or dry your socks. For $600 bucks It's well worth the money.btw. If you are thinking of turning this into the ultimate gaming system, DON'T. These systems are good for what they are. Even though you can upgrade them I wouldn't. This is due to the limited cooling capabilities and the small power supply. There is a reason that most of them don't come with mechanical harddrives.

I purchased this product to use as a Lightroom processing computer, in October 2021. It operated flawlessly, until recently. It started BSOD, with a hardware error. After doing some troubleshooting, I determined that the 512GB Intel NVMe was defective. I contacted Kingdel, and after doing a little more troubleshooting, we determined that in fact the Intel branded NVMe was failing. Kingdel asked me to simply purchase a replacement on Amazon, and they would reimburse me. I purchased a 512GB Sumsung NVMe, loaded the OS back on, and everything runs perfect again! Thank you Kingdel support, and Brett Ming, for the excellent support and customer service.If you are looking for a small, quiet, yet powerful computer, I highly recommend this product. I also installed a 1TB SSD for storing photos locally. There is a mounting point, as well as cables to connect a 3.5" SSD.

Purchased this PC 10 months ago. The PC would shut down for no reasons; only software used is Microsoft Office, nothing intensive. Contacted the seller regarding issues. Per tech support, if there is issue with the motherboard, the PC will need to be ship back to China with estimated repairs taking 2-3 months. If it is not related to motherboard, the manufacture will reimburse for the parts. This is the first time purchasing non-dell PC; never again.

I bought this about 3 years ago. It arrived in good condition with OS installed. Easy setup and silent operation - and it performs. Very happy for about a year, then it started spontaneously rebooting and eventually not starting at all. I tried to contact the vendor as it was still under warranty and never got a response. So it is now on the junk shelf and will probably build my new system myself to reuse the SSD and memory. So much for relying on a warranty - might as well build the next system myself.

I bought this same model in October 2019, but it had a 5th gen i7 intel and a 256gb SSD. The newer one is outfitted perfectly to be very competitive. Do not worry that it is kind of generic to the US. It has never givin me a second of trouble. I work the heck out of it. Running two huge monitors and countless apps and browsers going all day- it never slows down or throws an error. It is really an amazing little dynamo. Don’t underestimate it due to its size. I don’t know about gaming with 16GB Ram and 512gb SSD? Somebody else could maybe answer if that’s enough power for a graphics heavy multi-player game? Also, if you don’t know: Windows 10 Pro rocks! I hear 11 is all trouble right now so you’re in better PC hands with W10. I hope you order one and enjoy it as much as I have!

Very good specs. Works as advertised. Absolutely silent. Nice hdmi and display-port separate video. Great bang for the buck. I'm a simple consumer with no expert opinion or advice. This box just works very well for me.
