EnermaxUCTBRGB12-BP6 PC case Fan

Like the headline says...Good value when they were essentially half the price they are now. But About a year and a half later, 2 of my fans are making a knocking noise. One more so then the other. Up until this point, the fans have been pretty good...Now looking for replacement fans because I'm worried that all the fans will reach this point

looks? awesome!noise? pretty silent UNTILL a bearing lets loose and the fan slips out of position some then theres a rubbing paper noise.ive tried greasing the inside.and it continually slipsNOTE: this is after only 1 year of usage on medium fan speeds.i turn my pc off every day so not constantly running

Decent rgb but a little underwhelming with the functionality of the fans. If left at the lowest speed setting, the fans don't spin upon restart. I typically need to turn the speed to max then back down, otherwise they don't all spin. A little bit of jittery noise is present above half speed for two of the *six that came in the box.

Do you know how you are looking at these and thinking wow that's really cheap for 6 RGB fans and a controller...that's because they are really cheap fans with really cheap RGB's and a control you get with toys at Christmas. I'm 6 months in and 2 of the fans are buzzing and rattling so bad I'm going to have to take them out, a tap on the fan quietens them proving they have just worn so much they are unbalanced. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere, I was just curious and this was an experiment and now I have an answer. This product is a blot on the Enermax name.

Probably in the top 3 best looking fans right now and they;re so underrated as everyone is mostly getting LL's from Corsair. Absolutely love their colours and like the ability to control the colours through motherboard software although their brightness greatly decreases when controlling though Gigabyte's RGB Fusion so unsure about Aura Sync. I've had them for nearly 5 months always running at full speed set on the remote and there's no weird rattling or abnormal noises like occasionally reported. Very high quality and can be pulled off to clean which is a great feature. You will need quite a bit of strength to pull them off unless you push them from the other side but the changes of you being able to do that (If they're screwed to a radiator for instance) is slim.Overall, as long as you use the provided remote to control them, they are stunning looking fans at an amazingly good price. I currently have 8 in my system and won't be switching for a long time.

As per what other customers/reviewers have said, I've had these fans installed in my system for just under 12 months and the fan bearings are failing. Horrible loud grinding/rattling noise if I have them higher than 1/3 speed. These fans are simply not worth your money as even at their low price you'll be replacing them within a year

Unfortunately as so many others here I had the same experience. I bought these fans because they look great, but after just 2 months in my case the bearings started to make rattling noises.Don't recommend

Had them installed for for just about 12 months and will be replacing them shortly due to increasing fan bearing noise - rattle. Which is a shame as they really do look good.
